Job summary

Qualifications

• In-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration and personal care.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support for daily living activities and safety.
• Follow clinical plans and coordinate with staff to meet resident goals.
• Transport or accompany individuals to community activities as needed.
