Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Appleton, WI is seeking a Dock Worker for 3rd shift, 11pm–7am. Starting pay is $18/hour, with a $2/hour night differential and a performance incentive program that can add $1–$3/hour, up to $23/hour.

You will lift cartons up to 50 lbs, stand and move for the full shift, and receive comprehensive training. You’ll also count boxes, palletize, shrink-wrap, scan items, and hand-pack customer orders.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds continuously.
• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move full cartons from conveyors and place on pallets.
• Count and record information on boxes.
• Move pallets using a motorized standup jack.
• Use a shrink wrap machine and a hand scanner.
• Hand pick and pack customer orders.
