Job summary

Veritas Environmental Services LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Night Janitor to join our team and maintain a clean, safe facility during the overnight shift from 9:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and reporting of maintenance issues, working independently with reliability and attention to detail in a respectful, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience required.
• Able to work independently overnight.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough janitorial and custodial cleaning during overnight shift hours (9:30 PM - 3:00 AM)
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, hallways, and common areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to supervisors
• Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards before end of shift
