Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Night Stocker to keep our store stocked, clean, and visually appealing for customers in a fast-paced environment. You will stock merchandise, organize shelves, and may occasionally assist at the checkout.

You will work in various environments including freezers and the sales floor, and you will be part of a community-focused team with opportunities to grow and expand your experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Attention to detail in stocking and merchandising.
• Able to work in freezer/refrigerator environments.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves to keep store looking full and fresh.
• Assist cashier/checker duties from time to time as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized backstock and sales floor areas.

Job description

As a Night Stocker, you provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service. You keep the store looking filled and fresh by stocking and organizing merchandise on the shelves. You work with various approved tools throughout your shift (box cutters, compactors, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to help you get your job done. The Night Stocker is the magic behind the scenes who creates that attractive store appearance for our customers through ensuring it’s stocked, clean, and bright. This individual also gets the opportunity to expand their experiences as cashier or checker from time to time.
