Job summary

Parishables Food Service Inc in Austell, GA is hiring a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to read production schedules, pick orders, and move materials to storage and loading areas. You will operate a ride-on pallet jack, ensure safety, and maintain product integrity while meeting daily shipping deadlines.

The role requires 1 year in a distribution warehouse, familiarity with pallet jacks, and the ability to work weekends, nights and holidays in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a distribution warehouse.
• Minimum 1 year experience using a ride-on pallet jack.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, and shipping orders to determine items to move.
• When required, pick items using the specified pick sheet and move them to storage or for shipping.
• Operate pallet jack to move cases from storage to loading areas.
• Adhere to safety practices and report safety concerns promptly.
• Record quantities of materials received or distributed and maintain product integrity.
