Qualifications

• Prior fast food cooking and frying experience.
• Experience with burgers, fries, salads, appetizers, and made-to-order items.
• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
• Maintains records from area worked during service periods.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving and maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to supervisor.
