Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. is hiring a CNA for the night shift at our Tustin sub-acute unit. You will support nursing staff by measuring vital signs, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining a safe, clean unit environment.

Role requires valid CA CNA certification, BLS (AHA), and strong communication and customer service skills. Onsite at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780 with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current and active California CNA certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support required.
• Understanding of basic medical terminology.
• English reading/writing communication skills.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients and assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measures and records patient weights and vital signs; documents all activities.
• Assists with hygiene, elimination, routine skin care, and ADLs while respecting privacy and dignity.
• Assists licensed nurses with patient care activities including specimen collection/transport and positioning.
• Demonstrates professional ownership, independent judgement, and team collaboration.
