Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring part-time Resident Care Associates (RCA/CNA) at The Residence at Chadds Ford in Glen Mills, PA 19342. This role offers overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am, with weekends required, and a wage band of $19.50-$22.50 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, documenting services, assisting with medications under state regulations, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while prioritizing dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training as required by State Regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the State.
• Experience with seniors and Alzheimer's/dementia is preferred.
• Must maintain required state certification and provide documentation when requested.
• Computer literacy and ability to document services in the system.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities per the service plan.
• Document services provided and communicate with nursing staff.
• Assist with medications according to State Regulations and facility policies.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to support cognitive and social engagement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of residents' units.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and resident needs.
