You will participate in performance improvement activities and maintain clear documentation. A CNA/CPCT/A or EMT certification is required, along with BLS/CPR and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and supports quality standards.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assists in delivering patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
