Job summary

Eventide Lincoln Care Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for the Night shift (6p–6a), with an every third and holiday rotation. This on-site role supports residents’ physical, mental, and social needs under supervision.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a NE CNA license and at least 6 months experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong documentation, HIPAA compliance, and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in NE required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
• Provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, continence).
• Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
• HIPAA/privacy compliance must be observed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support with admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
• Follow comprehensive care plans and service plans for each resident.
• Prioritize assignments and adapt to changing needs during the shift.
• Document care and communicate with supervisor and TEAMembers.
• Maintain PHI privacy according to HIPAA requirements.
