Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance, MO, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team on full-time nights. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to uphold a safe, respectful environment.

Requirements include Missouri CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. We offer enhanced shift pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Assist with vital sign checks and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Support residents with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
