Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant – Washington required (state certification)
• Upon Hire Basic Life Support
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred, acute care a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct patient care under RN supervision
• Take and record vital signs and document data
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Support patient with nutrition, hydration and personal hygiene
• Maintain supplies and patient room cleanliness
• Document care data accurately and timely
