Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient status, records data, and communicates changes to the RN.
• Performs data collection (vital signs, intake/output) and basic specimen handling.
• Transports patients as needed and assists with fall prevention and patient safety.
• Provides non-pharmacological comfort measures and documents care.
• Performs point-of-care tasks as trained and reported by RN.
