Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Monitor and report resident conditions, vital signs, and concerns to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services.
• Participate in in-service training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
