Job summary

Guaranteed Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable Night Cleaner to maintain our office building during night shifts. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment across our properties.

You will work with a supportive team, receive training, and have steady evening hours with an option for ongoing additional work. Candidates must have transportation and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are in good condition and request restocking as needed.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with procedures.
• Identify safety hazards or maintenance issues and report to supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and cleaning standards with proper chemicals and equipment.
• Support team members to meet cleaning goals and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Join the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
