Crew Carwash is hiring a Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member in Avon, IN. You will help maintain cleanliness inside and outside the location, including floors, walls, and equipment, while upholding safety as a core value.

The role supports a fast-paced environment and offers on-site responsibilities with a set night schedule. The position pays $16–$18 per hour with daily pay options, free carwashes, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work 3–5 nights per week.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be comfortable working near/moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to operate electronic devices.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Live Crew Carwash's value of Safety.
• Ensure the location is clean inside and outside.
• Pick up trash, scrub walls, doors, stainless steel blowers, and equipment.
• Clean the floors.
