Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Part‑Time Night Clean‑Up Team Member in Kokomo, IN. You’ll keep locations spotless inside and out, including scrubbing walls, doors, and floors, while upholding safety as a core value. The role starts at $16 per hour with daily pay options and a fixed night schedule from roughly 9:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Eligible team members receive tuition reimbursement, 401K with company match, and industry-leading training. Must be 18+, able to work 3–5 nights, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work 3–5 nights per week.
• Capable of a fast-paced operations environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Must hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds and platforms.
• Able to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
• Able to operate electronic devices and work in all weather.
