Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Nursing required.
• Technical Diploma/Certificate Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• 1-3 years clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a plan of care for each patient with patient/significant other.
• Demonstrate skills to implement medical plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of nursing care for the healthcare team.
• Evaluate problems and patient responses to ensure quality care.
• Lead unit activities and assign personnel for shift.
• Maintain current knowledge/certifications/licensure.
• Support governance through unit-based councils.
• Provide feedback for performance evaluations.
