Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily unit activities on the assigned night shift.
• Coordinate staff assignments and patient flow to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
• Participate in staffing plans, rounds, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards, policies, and performance improvement.
• Promote patient safety and coordinate with managers for issue escalation.
