The ideal candidate holds an Oregon LPN license with current BLS CPR, strong clinical knowledge, and proven leadership ability to guide a team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Oregon
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices
