Job summary

Raley's in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Night Crew Team Member to handle daily store operations across Center Store departments, including grocery, general merchandise, and liquor. You will stock, facing, merchandising, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing duties as assigned in a fast-paced night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21 years for positions serving alcohol.
• Able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Order, rotate, and stock products throughout the store.
• Create first-rate store conditions with in-stock levels and facing standards.
• Merchandise and maintain abundant store displays.
• Support safety and sanitation throughout the store.
• Assist with receiving shipments and deliveries.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Provide memorable customer service during daily interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
