Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated drivers for its Dedicated fleet across the United States. Expect night driving on routes, frequent air travel for some assignments, and 5 loads per week with multiple stops.

The role includes pallet jack unloads, drop-and-hook freight, and routes through AR, KS, LA, OK, and TX. Pay consists of hourly wages with weekly performance pay, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and up to 2% annual bonus of gross

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and able to drive at night.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Willing to fly and have REAL ID or passport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Fly to destinations as part of the job.
• Operate dry van and trailer hauling and unloading Daimler/Freightliner parts.
• Complete 5 loads per week with 1-4 stops per load.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 0-100% hand unloads with pallet jack.
• 0-100% drop-and-hook freight.
• Drive within AR, KS, LA, OK and TX.
