Culture Care Senior Living is actively hiring Caregivers (HHAs/PCAs) to join our compassionate team in New York. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and assist with light tasks while ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

We offer free PCA certification through our on-site school, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth with supportive leadership and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or PCA certification is required for the caregiver role, or willingness to complete through our program.
• Passion for working with seniors and a strong work ethic.
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Strong communication skills and desire to grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal service, and medication (if certified as a Med Tech).
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families.
• Support a safe and respectful environment for residents and team members.
• 2nd Shift: 10 pm - 6:10 am
