Job summary

Encore Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Caregiver for the Courtyard at Centerville in Centerville, Ohio. This full-time position runs from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

and focuses on providing personal care, supporting residents’ independence, and guiding daily activities in a warm, home-like community. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, with at least one year of healthcare experience preferred, and will participate in the organization’s full training program.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents, and to enhance the resident’s independence and quality of life.
• Assist residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.
