Job summary

Seaton Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a warm, home-like environment for our residents in Maryland. The role emphasizes safety, independence, and dignity as you assist with activities of daily living and daily tasks. Qualifications include a CNA certification preferred and a High School diploma/GED.

You should be 18+, with previous senior-care experience and strong communication and customer service skills. EOE D/V.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Provide hands-on care and emotional support.
• Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence and safety.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
