Job summary

Stoughton Meadows is seeking a Caregiver to join our team of professionals making a difference in residents' lives. You will assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, socialization, cognition and health while promoting independence and dignity.

We are guided by CAPLICO core values and value confidentiality, teamwork and in-services. A high school diploma or GED is required; direct care experience is preferred, CPR certification is a plus, and state age requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements per facility policy and state regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, socialization, cognition and health.
• Encourage independence, support resident choices and preserve dignity through professional conduct.
• Participate in facility in-services and help new staff learn tasks and responsibilities.
