Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate - Finishing/Bindery on the night shift (7p–7a), full-time. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, with overtime opportunities and a strong team environment.

You’ll help feed, pack, and inspect materials and contribute to a safe, organized workspace while learning a skilled trade in print manufacturing. Qualified applicants have a HS Diploma or GED and the ability to read instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any setting is required or helpful.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices.
• Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into the machine and pack finished products.
• Move materials safely and assist with hand operations as needed.
• Work with the team to hit daily production goals and maintain quality.
• Inspect finished products for quality and follow safety procedures.
