Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Active TABC license.
Active Food Manager's Certification.
Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant.
2-4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff.
Direct and manage staff to meet standards and objectives; discipline when needed.
Ensure staff operates within company policies.
Delegate tasks to staff appropriately.
Knowledge of TABC laws; teach and enforce them.
Oversee beverage preparation and presentation to meet standards.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Promote compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards.
Oversee cash procedures and ensure paperwork is complete.
Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.
Ensure stock control and proper rotation to reduce wastage.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Night Bar Manager who is high energy, motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable about bar operations.

Shifts

2-3 Shifts a week

Pay will be discussed during interview process

Bar Manager Qualifications/Skills:

Accomplished mixologist.
Excellent multitasking ability.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Bar Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge of TABC Laws, able to teach and enforce the laws.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
Oversee accurate cash procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.
Ensure adherence to stock control procedures.
Check stock is correctly rotated and stored to reduce wastage.
