Job description

Our Cambria El Segundo/LAX is currently seeking experienced Night Auditors. As a front office rockstar, you will help craft inspired workplaces that enable all associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize investor returns. Position Responsibilities:
  1. Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before arrival and during their stay.
  2. Balance and account for all daily cash and charge transactions.
  3. Review and analyze all adjustments.
  4. Post room, tax, and miscellaneous charges to guest folios.
  5. Ensure all guest charges are balanced from various outlets and correctly applied to guest ledgers.
  6. Inform the general manager of control issues.
  7. Follow audit binder and checklist for duties and timelines.
  8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  9. Flexibility to work regularly scheduled weekends and evenings.
  10. Set high standards of performance; assume responsibility and accountability for tasks.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of experience in hotel guest services or front desk roles.

OR

  • 2-year degree or higher from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
