Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on nightly accounting, front desk responsibilities, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in accounting or night auditing, basic PMS knowledge, and a high school diploma. We offer daily pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a growing hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and post room rates.
• Process end-of-day accounting; ensure accuracy of charges.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, reservations, guest issues.
• Make cash drops following cash-handling procedures.
• Prepare Front Desk area for morning shift.
• Monitor the hotel security system and lobby condition.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
