Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and close the day’s financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy across all revenue streams (room payments, credit cards, etc.).
• Create daily operational and financial reports for management.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage last‑minute reservations and resolve any overnight issues.
• Keep the front desk running like clockwork – answer phones, process payments, and update records.
• Conduct nightly safety and security checks, ensuring the resort remains safe and serene.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby for guests who may need assistance at any hour.
• Prepare end‑of‑day reports (revenue, occupancy, summaries).
• Address billing discrepancies and ensure folios are correct for the morning shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to meet guest needs.
• Provide a detailed shift handoff to the incoming morning team.
• Follow all resort policies and safety procedures.
• Keep your work area organized and professional.
