• Previous Night Auditor experience required.
• Experience with Lightspeed preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports.
• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property overnight.
• Maintain accurate records and support front desk operations.
