What you will be doing

• Conduct daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet.
• Review room and tax postings on computer/register for accuracy; promptly correct any errors. Ensure all house charges are posted accurately and timely.
• Complete daily backup of front office computer system and night audit program (if applicable).
• Perform rebuild/maintenance of the front office system, reservations, and related computer systems (if applicable).
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and answering calls within 3 rings; provide prompt, warm, courteous, and professional service. Provide accurate directions to room locations.
• Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 to $18.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
