Aramark is hiring a Hospitality Worker III to ensure guest satisfaction by handling reservations, assisting guests, and resolving concerns. The Front Desk Lead may oversee guest services tasks and delegate duties as needed.

The role requires guiding staff, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating front desk operations across client locations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high quality guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn systems and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and assign daily guest services tasks and oversee completion.
• Train and guide staff on duties, service standards and procedures.
• Greet guests and proactively address needs with a friendly approach.
• Book reservations and coordinate guest check-in/registration.
• Operate registers or software to process cash and card transactions.
• Answer calls and emails and deliver messages timely.
• Maintain exceptional service and positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Description

The Hospitality Worker III is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. The Front Desk Lead Worker may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks
• Trains and guides guest service staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and procedures
• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Book reservations and coordinate registration
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
