Guest Services, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Night Auditor to perform nightly bookkeeping and end-of-day accounting while handling front desk tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
The role requires strong basic accounting, clerical skills, and excellent guest service, with responsibilities spanning deposit preparation, reservation updates, phone handling, safety awareness, and ensuring guest satisfaction during night hours.
The Night Auditor performs all bookkeeping functions and end of day accounting duties for the hotel, in addition to performing front desk attendant functions including checking guests in and out, reservations, and switchboard as assigned.
