Job summary

Aperture Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to manage guest relations, check-in/out, and night audit processes. You will also assist other departments as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, strong communication, and accuracy with financial transactions. Hotel brand familiarity is a plus within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA or BA preferred.
• Experience in customer service in hospitality preferred.
• Experience with hotel operation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment to guests at all times.
• Demonstrate courteous phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Maintain computer literacy for hotel systems and check-in/out processes.
• Handle cash and credit cards accurately during transactions.

Night Auditor

Night Auditor responsibilities include all aspects of Guest Relations including the check-in/out process, handling all inquiries, making or modifying reservations, run night audit reports, recommendations for things to do and places to eat plus anything else that can improve the guests stay. You will also be required to occasionally clean or assist other departments as needed. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
