This role is the perfect mix of guest service and behind-the-scenes operations. You\'ll welcome late-arriving guests, help anyone who needs assistance overnight, and complete the nightly financial audit that prepares the hotel for the next day.

What You\'ll Do

• 🌙 Welcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service
• 🌙 Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnight
• 🌙 Complete the hotel\'s nightly audit and balance daily transactions
• 🌙 Run reports and prepare the property for the morning team
• 🌙 Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming
• 🌙 Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests
• 🌙 Communicate important notes for the morning management team
