Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee end-of-day accounting and overnight front desk duties. You will assist late-night guests, process check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate daily reconciliations.

In this role, you will balance cash, verify wake-up calls, and prepare the front desk for the next shift while delivering warm, hospitable service. Experience in hotel front desk or night audit is preferred; join a growing portfolio with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree, and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all audit procedures for the hotel daily operations.
• Verify wake-up calls and ensure proper handling.
• Balance cash receipts and audit shift activities.
• Prepare front desk for the next shift and reset daily business.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and act as manager on duty during night hours.
• Attend front office meetings and participate in training programs.
• Operate PBX during the audit shift and assist with breakfast setup as needed.
