OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking a front desk team member to uphold the warm and authentic aloha spirit while attending to guests during night shifts. You will balance front desk operations, post daily reports, and deliver exceptional guest services to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Audits and balances front desk functions, posts information and prepares daily and monthly front desk reports. Also provides guest services and ensures smooth operation of the front desk. Must be available to work night shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
