Job description

We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support an innovative autonomous ride-hailing program. In this role, you will operate and support test vehicles in real-world environments while ensuring safety, accuracy, and consistency. You’ll work closely with multiple internal teams and play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of next‑generation mobility technology. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for individuals who are disciplined, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in structured environments.

Schedule & Shifts

Multiple shift options available:

• Day Shifts: Early morning to afternoon (various start times)
• Evening/Night Shifts: Afternoon to late night (including overnight options)
• Workdays: Rotating schedules (Wednesday-Sunday through Saturday-Wednesday)
• Additional Pay - $29/hr
• Weekend shifts: +5% hourly bonus
• Night shifts (starting 1 PM or later): +2% hourly bonus
• Weekend night shifts - up to +7% total bonus
