Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee nightly Front Office operations and the Night Audit team. You will be the primary contact for guests and hotel departments during overnight shifts, ensuring accurate reporting, safety, and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, reconciling daily work, and generating key reports for multiple departments, while addressing issues and supporting guests around the clock.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in front office/night audit operations.
• Strong decision-making with knowledge of hotel policies.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.

• Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.
