Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and hotel outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors; ensure charges are posted timely.
• Back up front office computer system and night audit program daily (if applicable).
• Rebuild front office system, reservations and related computer maintenance (if applicable).
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, PBX, and guest directions.
