HomeTowne Studios & Suites by Red Roof in Colorado Springs is hiring a Part-Time Night Attendant to join our team. You will assist guests after hours, handle check-ins/outs when needed, and help maintain front desk and laundry areas.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and a neat, professional appearance. The position requires the ability to perform courtesy calls, manage basic payments, and support operation checklists.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in customer service preferred.
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in.
• Assist guests with requests and/or complaints after hours.
• May handle check-ins/check-outs and issue guestroom keys for lost/lockouts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry rooms and guest laundry.
• Clean, dry and fold linen and towels.
• Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining guest privacy and safety.
• Process payments and post charges to the Property Management system.
• Complete department checklists and reports for shifts.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.

Specific Requirements:

• Conduct courtesy calls with-in 30 minutes after guest check-in.
• Assists guests with request and/or complaints after regular office hours.
• May handle check-ins/check-outs and make guestroom keys for lost/lockouts.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry.
• Clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
• Provides courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area.
• Ensures exceptional customer service to all guests while maintain guest privacy and safety
• May compute bill, collect payments, and make changes for guests, post charges to Property Management system.
• Complete department checklists and reports for relevant shifts.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
• 1 year in previous customer service position.
• Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
