Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Greer, SC. The role involves greeting guests, guiding patrons to the correct parking areas, and handling basic revenue and incident reporting. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00am to 8:30am.

Compensation is $16.00/hour for part-time status, with benefits including paid training, company uniform, and free parking during shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide premier customer service.
• Assist patrons with finding entrances and directing to parking areas.
• Issue notices for violations and communicate issues to the location Manager.
• Maintain parking equipment and signage to ensure smooth operation.
• Complete data entry and reports for revenue and violations.
