Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an Aircraft Cleaner to maintain clean and safe interiors of aircraft, including cabins, lavatories, and galleys. You will use industry-approved products and work within a team in a fast-paced environment to support on-time departures.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with aviation regulations, and customer service excellence. Evening, night, and weekend shifts may be required; compensation reflects market rates and benefits outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to access information in print and electronically using devices (iPads, tablets, computers).
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Possible to obtain required credentials/clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, etc.).
• Aircraft operations require flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and sanitize aircraft cabins including seats, pockets, tray tables, lavatories, and overhead compartments.
• Ensure galleys are stocked and organized to airline standards.
• Remove and dispose of trash and debris from cabin and galley.
• Vacuum floors and clean carpets with designated equipment.
• Replace headrests, blankets, and other consumables as needed.
• Inspect for damage or missing items and report findings to supervisors.
• Clean cockpit area without interfering with controls.
• Follow safety procedures to comply with health and aviation regulations.
• Coordinate with team and airport staff to meet cleaning schedules.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely.
