Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking a part-time Access Control Officer for night shifts at one or more local job sites in Texas. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, and provide hands-on support to keep sites secure and run smoothly.

The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with customers and Sitemetric teams. A valid Texas Guard Card, strong English communication, and flexibility to adapt to staffing needs are

Qualifications

• Licensing must be obtainable.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Follows detailed SOPs in English.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity verification.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
