Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice in Illinois (Loyola University Medical Center) is seeking an experienced RN for the NICU on a full-time, 12-hour night shift. This mobile staffing program offers regional and nationwide opportunities, premium pay, and flexibility to match your life.

Responsibilities include floating across units as needed, delivering evidence-based care, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting quality improvement.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department or Behavioral Health.
Required credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, NRP etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float throughout hospital locations/regions.
Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Practice within license and scope of knowledge/experience.
Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
