Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel assignment in Worcester, Massachusetts. The RN will provide direct, specialized care to newborns in the NICU and collaborate with physicians and staff to implement high-tech care plans.

Requirements include 18 months NICU acute care experience, active RN license, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. Travel benefits accompany this assignment.

Eighteen months of NICU RN experience in acute care.
Active RN License.
BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

Provide direct specialized care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
Work in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Assist in developing and implementing a plan of care for high-risk newborns requiring high-technology care, including ventilators, incubators, or other special equipment or surgery.
