Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a NICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. You will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in the NICU, monitor vitals, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent NICU RN experience.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature newborns.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Operate NICU equipment including ventilators and CPAP.
• Educate families on neonatal care and feeding techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
