Job summary

Banner Staffing Services seeks a PRN Speech Pathologist with NICU experience for day shifts. Position supports Banner Estrella in Phoenix with self-scheduling Sundays through Saturdays, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

LVN NICU experience preferred; internal registry benefits include weekly pay, orientation, and flexible scheduling. This role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CCC/CFY eligibility, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CCC or documented acceptance in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
• Educate patients and families; provide home programs with clear instructions.
• Document treatment and maintain patient data per standards.
